Message from Andrea, Community School Facilitator:
As a Community School Facilitator, I provide back-bone support for developing, coordinating, and supporting wrap-around services with the intent of increasing the academic achievement of all students. A major component is to coordinate, align and enhance partnerships supporting 5 different pathways: academics, youth development, parent engagement and support, health and social services, and community partnerships. For example: I will be organizing and coordinating monthly parent meetings, visits by mobile medical/vision clinics, immunization clinic, donations by local agencies, etc.
If you are in crisis and need immediate help, please call UNI’s 24-hour Crisis Line at 801-587-3000.
